      Pros

      I have been an employee of Koalafi for three years exactly today! This company has been really great to me. I even received a Chicken pot pie when my cousin passed away. They really show you that you are a person and not just a number. They pay is good and we have raises yearly. Most importantly Koalafi gives competitive PTO, extra days off and that really helps with my work/home life balance.

      Embracing Challenges to Reach Our Full Potential

      Pros

      More scope and responsibility than I had at other companies. Here I have a chance to fail. As long as we are accountable and learn from our experiences and do better next time then it feels like we are celebrated. My teammates care about their work and seem very willing to do the hard things, which inspires me to be better and helps me grow. My teammates and leaders generally do what they say they will do.

      Cons

      Not as many big company perks and doesn't have a big company budget, but I didn't expect this when I joined.

      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Difficulty listing many pros after 4 years fo toxicity.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment. Leaders are very unprofessional and lack communication. Verbiage used in reviews from upper management was discriminatory and unprofessional at minimum. Frequent lay offs of tenured employees. Minimal pay compared to market values.
