Pros

Easily the best onboarding process I have ever gone through. Everyone is very personable and welcoming. All of the employees really work as a team and help the new hires get up to speed - I would recommend this company to anyone.

Opportunities for growth, leadership is positive and listens, good group moral, great benefits and overall relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

This is a fast growing company which is a great thing so you need to stay on top with the changes. This is not a "con" by any means but just a heads up to keep up.
