      Pros

      Pretty competent analytics teams (credit, product, sales analytics, data science, finance). Lots of opportunity for ownership if proving oneself.

      Cons

      A pretty heavy-handed upper management meant that there was a bit of top-down favoritism. This means making the leadership happy and being liked can sometimes outweigh work product when evaluating performance. This worked out fine for me, but I saw it be a distraction for some of my colleagues.
