      Koalafi is a FinTech space company with strong competitive pay, rewarding commission structure, and a solid benefits package, including health coverage, 401k matching, PTO and more. The company really cares about its team, focusing on core values, constant improvement, career development and maintaining a great team culture. Furthermore, our leadership provides clear direction and support while fostering a collaborative environment, which really helps everyone stay aligned and motivated.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment dynamic and energizing however for individuals who prefer a more measured pace, the intensity and quick shifts can sometimes feel demanding.

      -Job can be unforgiving and frustrating at times, but swings the other way too so it works out. That's sales. -No gym reimbursements or HSA contributions/matches.
