      visibility in all departments and what they're working on, great peers to work with, Leadership who cares, clear expectations

      Fast paced environment, sometimes our solutions are only work arounds that never get improved on.

      Pros

      Koalafi creates a collaborative and inclusive work environment where the culture as a whole truly does embody the company values. From my experience, everyone here (all the way up the ladder) is so personable, supportive, and truly cares about your well being. You're treated as a person here and not just "another number."

      Cons

      The only thing that comes to mind for cons is I do feel there is room for better compensation that aligns more closely with the current market.
