      Pros

      - Lots of transparency around the state of the business, both successes and challenges - Everyone I've worked with is extremely competent in what they do - Wonderful work culture, moving fast together and getting stuff done - Org culture of always making things better - Empathy for the customer

      Cons

      - 2+ days in office (though pretty flexible) - Some meeting fatigue, still figuring out a good balance for this

      Pros

      Koalafi is great place to work and grow as an employee! A lot of places say they care about their staff, but Koalafi consistently goes the extra mile to show they care. They have a strong work culture focused on continuous improvement, but also promote the importance of a work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are none that come to mind.
