      Pros

      Lots of technologies. You can even pitch new tech stack if you think it's reasonable to use. Quick effective communication with management

      Cons

      Company itself is not stable. People are getting laid off pretty often because of the lack financing.

      Pros

      Koalafi treats all of their employees incredibly well. They offer and provide assistance to their workers at a rate I've never seen from any other employer. The work environment is very positive and friendly.

      Cons

      The only issue I have is where the main building is located, traffic can be dangerous at times but they make up for this by being having hybrid work.
