      Pros

      The benefits package is similar to Capital One. 4 weeks vacation, health dental and eye insurance.

      Cons

      The company is unstable. They are constantly moving people around as far as management and you never know who you’re going to get as your new manager. They just did a massive layoff of employees with no warning. Their model is transparency but aren’t transparent with their employees and aren’t transparent with their customers.

      Pros

      Great hours, wonderful people, the benefits are great as well. I really have learned a lot since I started here. I admire the hard work from all my peers and we are all in this together. They take good care of you and if you go above and beyond they will make sure you are being praised for it.

      Cons

      It can get a little overwhelming at times when it gets busy but once you find your groove you are usually back on pace. Back to back calls can be a lot for anyone.

      Pros

      Lots of technologies. You can even pitch new tech stack if you think it's reasonable to use. Quick effective communication with management

      Cons

      Company itself is not stable. People are getting laid off pretty often because of the lack financing.
