      Pros

      People are very supportive the and leadership is amazing. The decision making is highly data-driven. If you are a learner, there are no boundaries for you. It is all because of the supportive people in the organizaton and a visionary leadership.

      Cons

      I don't think of any specific cons, one thing is that the expectation to deliver would be from Day1.

      Pros

      Great benefits, generous PTO, very fair pay structure, and very strong leadership team. As one of the oldest employees at the company ( and someone with 35 plus years of work experience) I can tell you this company far exceeds any company I have worked with in the way they treat employees. I can honestly say I wish I could have made West Creek my career employer at a young age. This type of work environment is RARE. Not enough space to adequately describe my affection for my job!

      Amazing Benefits - Wonderful Compensation and Bonus Incentives Ability to work from home / remotely Positive work place Supervisors & Management are there to support you in any way they can. Ability to grow and cross train within the company.
