I was very hesitant to leave my career in healthcare to work for West Creek but there has not been a day that I’ve regretted my decision! I won’t say that it’s an easy job, but the challenges make it interesting! Every person that I have met has been so friendly. There is a strong teamwork mentality here. This is the first place that I’ve worked where I feel more appreciated than I could ask for and supported each day by outstanding supervisors and coworkers!

West Creek has an amazing company culture! The people that work here are dedicated, highly talented, and smart individuals. Other departments are always willing to step in and help figure out situations or answer questions you may have. Although, you are in the field by yourself on a daily basis, it still feels as if you are connected with our West Creek Village page and team group chats. Our management team here is one of the best! They encourage you to plan out your week strategically with areas in your territory that make the most sense to visit. You are in charge of running your own business so if you are a motivated, self starter, you will do well here. There are a lot of really great things to come in the future with this company!
