      Pros

      West Creek has hardworking, devoted employees who are drawn to rapid growth and are prone to making quick, deliberate decisions. Benefits are fantastic at this startup and you feel like you are making a difference with everything you do.

      Cons

      For a fin-tech company the technology systems are lagging and processes are surprisingly manual. Communication can always use improvements.
