Pros
I have been here a little over a year and it is an amazing place to work! Very fast paced, high energy, high performing teams across the whole organization. There is a high level of expectation but it is matched with compensation/benefits. Leadership holds themselves accountable and does what they say they are going to do...very refreshing! If you are a high energy achiever that wants to work with like minded individuals then this is the place for you!
Cons
Every "issue" that we come across has to do with the high growth that we are experiencing. We always say that these are great "problems" to have! So basically, in my opinion, there are no cons. You just have to make sure you meet the requirements of high energy, high performance, and ownership of your role. If you can do that you will love West Creek!
