      Extremely innovative. Strives to be transparent to customers in an industry that tends to only focus on bottom line. Leadership practice what they preach and all know you by name

      Cons

      Communication can get difficult between departments in a constant building environment. I will say that it gets better every month and leadership hears our concerns in this space

      New innovative approach to lending. Upper management is personable, and encouraging about growth opportunities. People are friendly and seem genuinely happy to be at work.

      Slightly disorganized, growing so fast losing sight of what needs to be done. Taking the fly by your seat type of approach. Has neglected to realize the core things needed to make the business work in a cohesive manner.
