      Pros

      West Creek is tackling a big opportunity with a talented and experienced leadership team. West Creek is a fast-growing startup - it's an energizing place to be if you thrive on fast pace and diversity/scope/complexity of work opportunity. Remarkably apolitical for a company of its size. Smart people here.

      Cons

      Mostly minor and typical series c startup growing pains: some underperformer attrition, nontrivial technical debt which can pose distractions. Company is situated in a kind of boring office park - again this is minor.

      Pros

      Truly cares for employees and customers. Always looking for ways to improve. Upper management is open to feedback and suggestions where your voice is truly heard. Tremendous support from leadership. Promotes out of the box thinking, collaboration and team work. Lost of opportunity for growth and the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others for success. Great work life balance and promotes time with your family and taking care of yourself outside of the office.

      Pros

      The culture here is what originally peaked my interest and I am glad to say that my expectations have definitely been exceeded. Being a younger company I expected things to be a lot less put together however every login and piece of hardware was waiting for me at my desk on my first day.

      I honestly haven’t found one yet.
