Pros

Started at West Creek a few months ago and have been totally impressed. Everyone was very welcoming and I can see the impact of my role on the company success. Culture is awesome and the people care. Comp is solid, especially for top performing INRs.

Cons

Its definitely moving to a company that doesn't accept anything less than your best. Expectations are high -- but rewards are equally high. Not really a con...but something to be aware of coming in that its not a place to "coast".
