Pros

Free food (even though they are slowly taking that away from us too), cool parties, office is nice, people are great.

Cons

Worst management I’ve ever experienced. Boys club. Discriminatory. Weirdest Health Insurance ever (pay out of pocket for a few months if you want to sign the contract) benefits are subpar, but they try and make up for it with parties and retreats that no one wants to go on!

- Excellent career advancement opportunities - Great colleagues - Good engineering values - Very competent management.

Cons

- Poor benefits geared towards new grads with few health problems, or responsibilities and who are single. Offset by a decent salary. - No bonuses - PTO is stingy
