Pros

The number one reason to work at Konrad Group is the people. And when you layer in the opportunity to work on challenging projects with awesome brands, an open/collaborative environment, regular perks (device plan, team/company outings, Friday lunch, etc.) and a work-hard/play-hard culture you get an amazing place to work and lay down roots. There's a lot of opportunity to grow with this company.

Cons

Projects can be challenging. Although not really a con, I have seen people struggle at times if they don’t invest in learning about the subject matter of the project they are working on. Not an issue if you show initiative and are passionate about what it is you are doing.

-get to work with some of the smartest and most creative people in tech -clients are top notch, working on really cool projects. -really fast paced environment, you'll be challenged and learn a ton -smaller teams, you get direct access to managers, clear goals and professional development opportunities -team outings, company wide events (ski trip, several holiday parties, summer Olympics) sports teams, foosball, pong, beer on tap! -they own BrainStation, so you can take discounted courses -really good health benefits, lots of vacation time

Cons

-projects have tight timelines, but things keep moving, which is good.

Pros

- Developers (the largest group) work in small, close teams, have clear and direct reports and mentors - always have someone to talk to and learn from - Power hours for staff means we're always learning something new and cool, taught by peers - *Many* arranged social events (often fully subsidized), team lunches on Fridays, skiing trips, lots of fun! - Wide variety of (very important) clients and projects means you're always being challenged and learning - Great employee onboarding experience and benefits (gym membership in the building, vacation, health etc.) - Surrounded by incredibly smart and fun people at all job levels

Cons

- Not really a con but, projects often move quite quickly so you need to be on the ball
