      - Company has a great work ethic - Focuses developing your skills with power hours and training - Very skilled employees to learn from - Passionate leadership

      Cons

      As the company grows it needs to improve processes and better define roles in order to keep all the teams communicating effectively.

      Pros

      - Exciting projects, high-visibility cilents, relationship with one of the largest consulting firms in the world - Fantastic working environment, a very developer-centric place - Flat hierarchy but still with leadership, guidance, and career growth - Good compensation and regular salary/performance reviews ensure personal/career growth are well considered - Excellent social side to the office - lots of extra-curriculars and team events going on - Beer on tap, snacks, drink fridge, etc. - Casual work environment, not a lot of micromanagement - Good feedback and guidance from team leadership - People love technology, don't get stuck on single technology stack, freedom to explore new technologies

      Cons

      - Some loose processes - not always well-defined how things are supposed to be done, but as an organicly growing company, people are able to be a part of creating and refining these processes - Limited onboarding - but this is a process that the company is known to be working on right now, and it has greatly improved in the time I've been here - Working hours have limited to no flexibility, which works for the overall age/demographic of the company right now, but may need to be reconsidered in the future.

      Pros

      Konrad has positive, problem solving, and capable leadership. As a company, Konrad prioritizes substance, and makes decisions based on personal values. It seems easy to break down the barriers standing between good ideas and execution. The creative, development and consulting teams are high functioning groups of great individuals, and get to work on incredibly diverse range of high impact projects.

      Cons

      I’d like to see the company market it’s brand, vision and reason for being. With all the good stuff that goes on at Konrad, it amazes me how little the company puts into marketing it’s self.
