Really great company that rewards hard work and pays it forward. If you are genuinely a hard worker and put in the effort - you will succeed in Konrad. I don't understand why people here complain but that is our generation these days. I love and respect capitalism and many of the principles exist at KG so I cannot recommend it enough. The free market principles of grinding and being rewarded are still alive & should never be lost as JPeers.

Cons

Not getting diversity of projects is the only con. And dealing with people who like to complain. Otherwise, it's a good place.

People are wonderful - you’ll develop lifelong friendships if you lean in Office is nice Work can be interesting if you’re lucky Great place to learn and grow as a first job

Cons

Day-to-day benefits have been slowly reducing Pay doesn’t scale as you gain experience and are given more responsibility
