The toxic culture is driven from the top - if you're not one of the CEO's chosen few, you're just something to be used until you don't serve a purpose any longer.
The inner-circle operates with the same disregard for basic employee appreciation because there is no consequence for their actions and how they treat others.
Stay away from this company unless you are completely desperate for a paycheck, and if you do come here keep looking and use them to help you get your next job because the company, CEO, and the inner-circle could care less about you.
Beyond that, there is a complete lack of vision and direction - you will start your week on one project until the shininess wears off and be pushed onto another only ever completing the literal bare minimum amount of work to hand something off to a client, and YOU will be the one that pays for that mindset later when it stops working and you have to work weekends to figure it out because the inner circle is beyond incompetent.
There is no room to grow, the benefits are lackluster at best, and you'll never make market value for what you are worth.
Please, please don't go work here - you deserve better than this place
