Waste of time

Pros

Manager was friendly during interview and made the interviewing process easy

Cons

Don't waste your time to work in the warehouse for this company, at least not in cranbury, NJ. Unless, you are spanish. Manager, Supervisor and some leads are arrogant and have no respect for employees. The rule in this warehouse is "everybody is replaceable", therefore management keeps hiring and terminating employees for no apparent reason. If you are of any race except spanish, do not work at this place. You will be wasting your time! Management thinks that they are doing you a favor by offering you a job, forgetting that without employees working their ass off to get the job done, He, the manager will not have a job either.

Pros

The is space to grow..they look internally for replacement before they look outside for replacements. They provide for tuition fees and are very supportive

Cons

There are limited chances of knowing in depth what your coleagues are doing as the management pyramid is too steep. Each one looks after their own department and they do not except help from other departments it is like look

Pros

Kuehne + Nagel is a global Sea-freight and Logistics services leader. Working at K+N gives one an opportunity to interact and work with colleagues from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds and thus gain a wealth of experience. Kuehne + Nagel is also accorded AEO ( Authorized Economic Operator) status by the Kenya Revenue Authority due to consistent compliance with customs and revenue regulations. This means the company enjoys a preferential status from Customs and Tax Officers and operations are not subject to rigorous and arbitrary verifications.

Cons

Local office is not well equipped in terms of IT infrastructure, also mainframe ERP system in used is outdated and not user friendly, that is customizable in line with local subsidiaries needs.
