      Pros

      Work environment is very friendly & paid decently.

      Cons

      Minimal travel opportunities, not a lot of original concepts, teams split between New York and Ohio can be challenging, Ultimately an Ohio based company so not very millennial friendly & set in old ways of running a company. Salaries not performance based but rather based on longevity of staying with the company - people doing more work will not be rewarded above those who put in the bare minimum.

      - Great benefits - Great discount - A lot of charitable work - Great strides in diversity and inclusion

      Management. Specifically, terrible management. You know the saying "people don't leave bad companies, they leave bad bosses". That's 98% true for me in this case, for this particular department. When you've been with the company for less than a year, and your boss has been in role for a year and a half and SEVEN different people have LEFT the company or have moved to different roles in less than a years time, there's something wrong. Mind you, seven people left during MY time there, NINE for the boss' total tenure there. These weren't just people who were not performing poorly, either. Some of the employees had been with the company 4-8 years. Worked their way up, some of them.
