Pros

great team and department morale, wonderful development plans, benefits and compensation are acceptable and constantly reviewed for competitiveness.

Cons

not proactive in converting contingent workers that are on indefinite contracts. This creates frustration among a rather large contingent workforce, and loss of great talent that moves on to jobs with benefits and much better pay.

World class specialty retailer with great brands, good compensation, charity work that makes you feel good to work here, a winning culture/focus on results

Cons

No career path for non-core functions, frequent lay-offs that are executed regardless of performance, execution usually begins long before objectives/strategy are set
