Pros

Shifts are available in the early morning to accommodate those who only have early morning availability.

Cons

People were often given call-ins, which I believed were used as a means of control. It is possible that you would receive a schedule in which you are given call-ins 5 days out of the week. The ambiguity of a call-in lies in the fact that you wouldn't necessarily know your schedule, but rather the presence of a likelihood of you being needed for work on certain days. This phenomenon can make it difficult to plan. Management was also very unorganized. Sales support associates would frequently receive conflicting directions from different management staff, result in a loss of productivity.

Pros

Discount is 40%. But after a while, even that loses it's 'pro-ness'.

Cons

Terribly run corporate environment. No systems in place to run company smoothly. Things are dumped haphazardly to the minions who have to do 3-4 jobs at a time. Appreciation is non-existent and managers should be signed up for courses on how to motivate and run a team. Forget about asking to 'build a career' there.
