Salary is acceptable for entry (college) level or if recruited from a respectable competitor.

Cons

100% political. If you're not brown-nosing (which still isn't a gaurantee), you will not be included in the 'in crowd', Promotion and recognition is not based on work performance and the Limited Way.

Being associated with mega brand recognitions like Victoria's Secret and Bath and Body Works, adds a level of prestige to ones career.

Cons

Despite promoting a corporate culture of work-life balance, there is significant pressure to work long hours and "do more with less". There is always that pressure with any company, but it is significant at Limited Brands, especially if there is any aspiration for getting to next.
