      Great place to get your feet wet in Corporate America.

      Pros

      Very laid back. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy coming to work. I talked to people at multiple levels with in the company and was treated as an equal even though I was far from it. I needed to learn how a large part of their business operated and how to use the more advanced functions in excel and access in a very short time so that I could complete my project and everyone there was very helpful teaching me what I needed to know.

      Cons

      if you don't like meetings and sitting at a desk go some where else.

      Pros

      Fun temporary job, you learn a lot about the products and the brand. Great if you are interested in the products sold.

      Cons

      On-calls are horribly inconvenient, pay is low for what is expected of you, and there is a revolving door of associates.

      Good work / life balance. Really respects the home life and values families. Plenty of opportunities to grow your career.

      Cons

      Pay is not especially great. Sometimes you are not working with the brightest of the bright. Change within the company is mildly difficult. People get very set in their ways.
