      Pros

      Company lives by its values: Inclusion, Passion leads to success, It matters how you play the game, Our customer rules. Evident in stores as well as corporate. Challenging work to grow skill set and be promoted to next. Opportunities for advancement exist. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Must be consistent in work performance in order to promote to next. This seems simple, but one must juggle a lot of balls in the air to be successful. On the positive, there's superb leadership w/in the organization to help you get to next.

      Pros

      Employee discount is ok where I work (Express) - the hours aren't too bad and the work is easy. Very, very easy.

      Cons

      There have been days when I've arrived at work and a manager hasn't shown up to unlock the doors so I've had to sit outside and wait, which is frustrating. My shifts often get canceled/cut short with only a few hours notice. Store relies heavily on signing up customers for credit cards and getting their personal information at check-out, which is generally a hassle for everyone.

      Pros

      Friendly Atmosphere Co- workers are willing to help. Ability to directly impact sales and quotas of the day. Good experience for customer service.

      Cons

      Hiring process and turnover rate are very unstable. The few who do work hard are the best in the store.
