      Pros

      Pay. Benefits. You will learn under fire. Efforts made in recent past to improve culture. The (few) people getting things done are among the best. Ability to directly impact direction.

      Cons

      Extremely unstable. Very frequent layoffs and firings. Coersive, cult-like, culture. Often oppressive. Behavior varies from too many meetings, where senior management want rock star adoration, to meddling in personal choices of philanthropy. United Way drive, you know they're watching... Confuse leadership with conformity. Reward ruthless behavior. Reviews are too easily influenced by unrelated parties.

      Supportive Environment, Team-based Operations, Strong Brand Identity, Flat Organization that embraces change at all levels, Opportunities for Growth and Development, Forward-Thinking Associates in every functional area

      Can be perceived as an unforgiving environment (particularly during times of "right-sizing"/downsizing), Opportunity exists for the leadership to examine the diversity of its associates
