      Pros

      It's a large organization with many opportunities to move around. Ability to prove yourself and gain increasing responsibility relatively quickly. Effort is noticed and rewarded.

      Cons

      The organization is still somewhat bloated from it's history as a retail giant. While still large with both the Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body brands, the corporate structure is still sometimes geared more towards a company twice as many stores.

      Pros

      The company pays very well, and has generous benefits, particularly time off benefits.

      Cons

      People are not valued and treated with respect. Recognition and acknowledgment of accomplishments are near non-existent. Company grinds people down with overwhelming work loads and no appreciation. Little autonomy even in more senior roles, as strategic thinking and decision making is very concentrated at top of organization, with everyone else just taking orders. Not the place to work if you like balance, appreciation, and opportunities to learn and grow.

      The overall business knowledge that you develop over time is unmatched in retail. A planner is responsible for the overall gammet of the business and the knowledge learned valuable throughout your career

      Cons

      The work life balance is very uneven and is getting worse in the current fincial climate
