Pros

Very dynamic culture. I love a pretty good employee discount. They try to treat Distribution Center employees much better than other companies.

Cons

I can't think of serious downsides. One thing is location...Columbus is not so attractive to young singles but it would be great for families

Pros

The pay is decent and corporate-sized. Nice benefits, health, dental, life, 401k match. Leadership rarely knows what's really going on, very few handles on your work.

Cons

In Limited Technology Services they are rapidly outsourcing most of their technology functions. The first wave is occurring now and subsequent waves are certain to follow. They are outsourcing using IBM Services, most jobs are going to India. If you want a good paycheck for a short time, you might consider working here. Otherwise, stay away. This isn't a place for someone who wants a career. Their retention rates are solely due to the good pay. The environment is combative and nepotistic.
