      Both the Scanner and the Picker positions are eligible for Piece-Rate-Pay premiums which means that they are paid an incentive if they exceed the productivity quota. Once a Scanner or a Picker reaches the productivity quota he/she starts earning additional cents per line of an order processed. The average rate of pay can easily be $12 to $16 an hour or more. This productivity incentive was put in place to help complete the day's work without adding hours to the day, we hope that with high productivity an employee can earn a great paycheck without working overtime hours.

      This is a great company to work for. It's very flexible and the people are very welcoming and helpful. They're always willing to help you with anything you need. They give a lot of opportunities to gain experience and grow within the company.

      Cons

      Since this is a remote position I miss out on the relationships and connections you would make being in an office.
