Pros

Working at L&R right now is the best time because the company is growing. Moving to a new location where all of the offices are actually going to be in one space is exciting, especially where the new space is - Industry City. Because the company is so large, like employing remote employees, L&R's "the LR way" is geared to keeping everyone still a "part of the company" which is pretty cool. They've promoted a lot with prizes, tshirts, contests, etc to spread the word that the company is growing to bigger and better things.

Cons

Commute, which hopefully will be better at the new corporate place.

I have been with the company since Oct 2016. I enjoy coming to work and everything has a reference to go to if you have questions. My manager/supervisors are wonderful and easy to talk to. Thank you.
