If a CEO has to rate company on Glassdoor to falsely bring in talent ..be aware. New system implementation is one of the worst I’ve seen. Very shady company.

Long hours, Burn out quickly, hard work not recognized by top management, expectations too high for little pay

Pros

Pizza Fridays and that's about it.

Cons

Antiquated systems, horrible management, cheap with benefits and salaries, scary neighborhood, crappy hours, uncomfortable physical environment, lots of screaming and yelling back and forth amongst employees, no public transportation around. Should I continue?

In 2015 L&R Distributors established uniform job titles, departments, and salary bands and issued a Cost of Living Increase to most employees. In the first quarter of 2016, L&R Distributors launched The L&R Way corporate re-branding initiative, performance appraisals with merit increases, and an Organizational Development program to help all employees develop professionally. Finally, within the next two years, L&R Distributors will be combining the Brooklyn and Long Island locations into one Corporate location. We are working to find a new location that is closer to public transportation.
