None. Unorganized. Poorly managed. Low compensation.

Cons

Terrible benefits package, even HR manager stated the 401K match and health benefits were the worst he had even seen at any company he ever worked for. Unprofessional work environment. Expectations to work without breaks for very low competitive wages/salaries. Beware!

There are some great people that work there.

Cons

Allocation of funds seems to be extremely misplaced. Whole company running on outdated technology. Constant promise of new innovation in the pipeline but never comes thru. Saying the company is a family will be used against you to put all your time and effort in for little pay. Marc chooses not to be open and honest about things like if the company will or will not give raises/ bonuses. Lack of leadership overall

Its a beautiful location, great area, and it is challenging. The customers that we sell are wonderful, and if run correctly would be an amazing business and place to work

Cons

big turnover with employees, little growth potential, no follow through too many managers don't know how to manage, and decisions made out of emotion instead of intelligence.
