*Great work-life balance (unless you commute a lot) *Job security and successful/growing company *Friendly, smart people, especially programmers and marketers *Working with/selling a great product and awesome customer service (which makes it a great brand to feel connected with) *Great teams and camaraderie *Opportunity for leadership and autonomy are exceptional, especially when compared with other corporate environments (where you might feel like just a cog in a wheel) *Company owners Dennis/Manja are genuinely nice people and have great business sense *Huge cafeteria and stylish lunch area *Employee discounts decent *Holiday parties are huge, especially Halloween (EPIC decorating contests and costumes/parties the whole day during work) and Christmas *Random pastries and treats in the marketing department from generous upper management

*It's in Chatsworth. *No windows seats - cubes and enclosed offices only *Insurance coverage was not good *Driving to lunch only (not walkable) *Coffee is generic brand regular or decaf; no frills or flavors *Open parking is limited. Arrive earlier or park on the street and walk up to a few blocks
