Pros

• The company offers remote work opportunities • Overall, administrative departments maintain an inclusive and collaborative culture

Cons

• Limited career growth opportunities and negligible compensation increases. Administrative employees are overworked and undervalued • Seems like there is nepotism among corporate leadership • Compensation adjustment procedures and performance management standards feel arbitrary and opaque • Attempts to express concerns (even via company-issued surveys) about the company seem to be met with superficial, temporary concessions or complete inaction. • Administrative employees are treated like second-class citizens. Feels like administrative employees are often scapegoated by leadership and clinical employees when issues occur. Clinical employees exude a sense of entitlement bolstered by what seems to be the company's preferential treatment toward them. • The company changed the compensation cycle for administrative employees seemingly unexpectedly and on short notice. After multiple indefinite delays, administrative employees received compensation changes about two months after clinical employees did. • Incompetent HR. Exceedingly long turnaround times and unclear, unprofessional responses to employee matters. HR seems to make critical errors regularly. HR appears to monopolize responsibilities, fail to exercise due diligence, and selectively exclude key stakeholders. • Corporate leadership and HR both lack diversity.

Thank you for sharing the collaborative nature of our administrative team. We agree, they are awesome and do amazing work. Thank you also for your thoughtful feedback. While I can point to certain programs doing great work for our organization's diversity and professional development, there are also points to consider and look into. Our employee surveys are critical to our evolution but so is the direct feedback from staff. Please bring your concerns to your supervisor. Thank you for your important work and your important voice.

Pros

Pros include: the clients, a few of the BCBAs are really amazing (professional, genuine, collaborative, kind), and a lot of great coworkers. If you want to become a bcba, they *kind of* pay for some of your training and education. Honestly, the stars are really just for the clients.

Cons

REALLY bad communication on all levels (sending sign on info upwards of 3 times should have been a bigger red flag); managment more concerned with money than enrichment and well being of clients; Lowell center is over crowded, disgusting, and overstimulating; no outdoor area or oppertunities for full body sensory play (swinging, spinning, etc) that doesnt involve bt picking up kids; inconsistancy and ever changing workplace expactations; multiple negative/ unprofessional experiences with BCBA that meets no accountability; several racist firings/ diciplinary actions witnessed; they stuff coverage staff with clients with little support or information; * not a neurodivergent friendly work environment. *
