We are glad you enjoyed the flexibility of working from home. All employees are assessed regularly for increases and are provided with opportunities to discuss their goals and development opportunities. Supporting our staff to achieve their goals is important to us. However, it does require communication to create a pathway. There is more here that could be disputed but we will simply say that we do take all feedback seriously and continuously evaluate where positive change can be made. With that said, we are very proud of our organization's team and the culture that our amazing staff help to support every day.

Pros

Great place to gain experience outside of 1:1 ABA. Decent management, open lines of communication, a lot of constructive feedback.

Cons

Minimal ability to move up, though the company says otherwise. Constant changes rolling out. Inconsistent schedules. Pay is not consistent throughout positions. Terrible work/life balance even though the work is remote.

Thank you for sharing that we are a great place to gain experience and get constructive feedback. Creating consistent schedules can be a challenge as cancelations and changes do occur. But we continue to strive for consistency. We are sorry to hear you don't see your opportunities for growth. Please speak to your supervisor to share your goals and get support in achieving your desired professional development.
