Pros

The hours of operation work great with my family life, no weekends. Sometimes comfortable environment. Information is given to us in a timely manner on what changes are happening within the company, which allows us employees to be able to do our jobs more efficiently

Cons

Some of the people within the office are "put downers", always negative which makes them very hard to work with. Many conflicts within office sometimes. Company as whole--no cons!

Pros

They are a very fair company and we are treated like family. We are given merit raises for our performance and have the chance to ask for things and it is reviewed by the upper levels and if possible changes are made.

Cons

We don't really get to know the people at home office. It was great getting to meet 3 of our fellow workers at our meet and great last month. Makes you feel good to get to talk on a one on one.

challengiing to say the least making a differnce in the community.

Cons

Lack of field staff having to go out in the field while haning to remain rsponsible for the job back at the office.lack of follow through at times.
