Pay raises, every year they are budgeted, but the only ones to get a raise are the elite few at the top and they have no problem giving themselves a big raise every year. Typical large corporation. The elite few at the top are only concerned about their bonus and how many stocks they can grant themselves every year.
After bringing in consultants to tell management how to run the company, they decide to split sales, operations and paint sales. The old saying, if it isn't broke, don't fix it, well it wasn't broke, but as usual, the glass house made a decision to change what has worked for years and in the process have run off a lot of good long term employees, but upper management could care less, the employees are nothing more than a number. Not that it will happen, but they need to look at what is going on in the locations and they rift they have now put in locations. The Plant Managers are no Plant Managers, they are simply a pawn with very little say as to what happens in the building. There are now too many people reporting to other managers in various different places and no one really has a clue what is going on. The CEO needs to stop sending out his weekly emails about how great things are and everyone needs to work together, instead he needs to wake up and take accountability for his actions and realize he is tearing the company apart from within the locations. This will never happen, because then he would have to admit he screwed up. Employee's used to work with each other and help each department, now they could care less about the other departments.
Moral is at an all time low.
Roadnet delivery routing software, once used by UPS, they no longer use. They is a good reason why they don't used it any longer. Not only does it take longer to get the Drivers out every morning, but the Drivers did a better job of routing out their routes and in less time than Roadnet.
