Pros
The work can be easy when you understand the details of what you’re doing, but numerous times a day you have to involve too many people to get a correct answer or the simplest of tasks completed. Some of my colleagues are great and extremely helpful. Direct management does a great job.
Cons
Salary and title do not reflect the quality of work provided, benefits are the worst I’ve seen at any company I’ve worked for (no sick time, no vacation until after 1 year of service, health plan requires you video conference a doctor if you want to co-pay, visits to a little clinic or your primary will be out of pocket until you’ve reached your deductible. Upper management/ acting CEO (currently do not have a CEO and the president of the company resigned recently if that tells you anything) on the other hand seem to misunderstand how to service our clients and gain a foothold on new business.
