Great but Brutal Learning Experience

Pros

Owner is brilliant and very energetic. Fun to be with on his good days, but the other are literally man killers! Interesting technology. Good pay and benefits. Great place for young college grad to cut their teeth.

Cons

Owner operates in a very gray zone with the FDA. No notes allowed when he is presenting or running meetings. Few words on e-mails allowed. Subtle strategies to hide work and documentation from FDA investigators. Weak validation, and tests protocols must be made to pass only. Owner forces middle managers verbally to allow borderline products to pass. Sales personnel pull and switch hospital stocks to hide a "quiet" recalls.

Pros

Good people you can have a bit of fun here but you will work long and hard. For some employees really long, and for others hard and only 8 9 hour shifts. They do ahow appreciation sometimes. Good bonuses and icentives.

Cons

"lower" management loves their innovative ideas. Stupid, complicated, and they never work. Make work less efficient for everyone but get a few pats on the back. You go buddy!

If you are interviewing for a sales position please note the following: Salaries are only valid for a year, than your left to commission only. Commission is based on base business 3% new growth 10% Car allowance encompasses parking fees, gasoline, your own insurance and is $600. All management is devoid of sales experience. No manager has any outside sales experience in any industry or field.
