LVT has done a great job at having impressive growth the last number of years. Many companies during these growth stages loose sight of their core values, but LVT has done well to stick to them from all levels of the company including the executives.

Cons

The rapid growth means things change quickly and you need to be ready to hang on tight and keep up. This is not a place to relax and just have a job.
