Manager & team lead of hardware support were very understanding. Created a natural environment for sharing experience to better help position.

Cons

Disconnect between CSM/TAM on Hardware Supports capabilities. TAMs (Except for three exceptional TAMs) did not have the technical ability or knowledge of product.

LVT is a great place to work. They have a mission, it's very clear, and progress for you, your career, and the company's success makes it always driven by the mission. LVT's culture is amazing - I love it.

None yet, some of the benefits could be a little better, but that's a very small "con".
