Pros

There are NONE, NONE, NONE!

Cons

You want to be a Line Haul Driver with your CDL? You will average about $13-$14 per hour, but you are getting paid 32.5 cents per mile not by the hour. Are you willing to work 60+ hours per week making 32.5 cents per mile? Do you want to buy all your own uniforms for a payroll deduct? You would be better off driving for Uber.

Great People, Poor....

Pros

The people you work with are amazing! Labatt hires very intelligent and hardworking people and your team will become your family. The pay is also good for entry level. They hire a lot of college grads so if you are starting off in your career this will be a great place to get some professional experience on your resume.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for advancement. People stay in the same roles for years and if you want to advance with another company, Labatt cuts you off and you immediately become an outsider/ someone they hate. Culture is very old fashioned and not very progressive. To work at Labatt you must agree with everything upper management wants, never leave until retirement, don’t even think about applying elsewhere, and overall just sacrifice your life to your job with no appreciation what-so-ever. Some people blame millennials but Labatt is loosing some excellent people to their inability to listen to their staff. It will continue that way if something is not done. Vacation time is also a very small compared to industry standard.
