Labatt has some smart people working as admins and sales people. They have good systems on presentations and data analysis.

Cons

The Austin office is one of the most hostile environments imaginable. The once ethical company has embraced a shady new business model. Nepotism is the standard among management. They spend their time on presentation and analysis and not on servicing the customers. The new business model is one that lacks transparency and embraces smoke and mirrors. The turnover in the Austin office is testament to the management problems.
