Young company with a lot of potential and has its share of growing pains at times. It is always sorted out though

Pros

I recently joined Lakefield's marketing team at their headquarters in Kent, WA. The marketing team is a lot of fun, we get to interact with executives, interact with clinics, and have monthly team lunches. The hybrid work from home/in office schedule is great.

Cons

The company is expanding and hiring quickly, so I imagine there may be some growing pains along the way, but that's expected at a growing company.
