Pros

Individual people. It's all about which location your work at and who's your boss.

Cons

Management. Irresponsible ownership. They see you as a number. As a money maker. They don't pay attention individual hospitals so you get looped into the typical political side. Corporate only sees the bottom dollar even though their employees are working their butts off.

Little to no raises, no annual performance reviews and no ability to move up in the company/branch. Long hours with little pay compared to other clinics under the company by $3 - $5.

Due to the pandemic, the demand in the veterinary industry as a whole increased significantly, leading to staff shortages and an overwhelming amount of new pets.
