Family that owns the company seems to truly care about providing good pet care.

Cons

The company is mimicking the corporate plan of another large animal health corporation. They have even hired many of that corporations ex employees. Other middle management may have business experience but does not understand the animal industry. The number of veterinarians is small and respect for all employees is important.
