I have worked in the veterinary industry for many years from private practice to a large company, and now for Lakefield which is the perfect balance of both! They are privately and family owned and really hold up to their core values. The support I receive from all of my colleagues and leaders is outstanding. Lakefield truly values taking care of their employees, no matter what position you hold. Lakefield is a wonderful company that I see myself working at for many, many years to come. Other pros to working with Lakefield include: competitive salaries, great benefits, work-life balance, and FUN!!
