Landmarks has the potential to be a really fantastic place to work and learn, but sadly the values of management make working here stressful, insecure and pretty soul destroying. The learners are not the priority, their budgets are. Staff are asked to fill in and replace endless amounts of paperwork which change on a monthly basis; once you finish one thing, management u turn and you are expected to start again from scratch on repeat. Teaching is not important, making the college look impressive is pushed on staff at the expense of the learners actually coming away with useful skills. You are vilified and bullied if you can't keep up or dare to disagree with the management team's decisions. The turnover is unreal and that is solely down to the poor treatment of staff from a few at the top. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, no wonder someone I vaguely liked or respected.
